Jim Edwards, Kinsale

Had dinner in the famous Jim Edwards last night after a long day of travelling. Needed somewhere clam and cosy to sit down and was provided exactly that, and it helped me enjoy my delicious food. I ordered a plate of fresh monkfish medallions with boiled vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes. Creamy, smooth and fresh, it was exactly what I needed after a long day.
